Kelly Brinkley

Office Manager and Immigration Director

Kelly has been with CHFM for 14 years and is now our Office Manager. She is originally from Siler City and is a devoted mother to her son. Crafting is her passion, and she loves to create accessories out of felt materials and even has her own Etsy shop!

Leslie Neal

Insurance & Billing

Leslie has been with CHFM for 27 years. She feels as if the practice is her second home and that the patients are her family. She is also a proud mother and grandmother. Her favorite hobby is throwing axes and judging gymnastics competitions!


Jessica Goodman

Front Desk Administration

Jessica has been with CHFM since 2022. She was born and raised in Pittsboro, NC. She is a cat mom to her sweet childhood cat, Coco, who is 15. Her hobbies include singing, crafting, and photography. She is proud to be apart of the CHFM family.



Tiffany Reel, CMA

Certified Medical Assistant

Tiffany has 10 years of experience working in Primary Care.  She grew up in Alamance County and lives in Snow Camp with her family. She has a love for farm animals, as she raises her own! 

Holly Morgan, LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse

Holly has been with CHFM for a few years now. She was born and raised in Connecticut. She moved to NC in 2021 and is happily married with three children. Holly has been in her nursing career for over 20 years. Her favorite food is any fruit, and she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. 


Cheryl Baysden

Phlebotomy

Cheryl has been with CHFM since 2021. She acquired her Phlebotomy certification in 2014. She grew up in Morehead City, NC and then moved to Chapel Hill. She has two children, a daughter and a son. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends!

Karlie Wiggins

CNA / Referral Coordinator

Karlie is currently in school and works at CHFM full time. She has her CNA and Phlebotomy certifications and also covers the front desk, a woman of many talents! She was born and raised in Pittsboro, NC and now lives in Raleigh with her long-term boyfriend. She enjoys horseback riding, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
