We are currently on Instagram and Facebook! We have enjoyed being able to keep patients informed on new medical, staff, and office updates. We even will share recipes and more provided by MDVIP.

How can you find us?

On Facebook, type in your search tab "Chapel Hill Family Medicine" and that will direct you to our page! To make sure you have found the right page, please check the profile picture. Our current Facebook page has our CHFM logo.


On Instagram, type in your search tab "Chapel Hill Family Medicine" or search our username (@mdvipchfm). Our profile picture on Instagram is our CHFM logo as well.

Are You Creative?

In our office, we love to see our patient's creativity. We adore all of your artwork, music, photography, craftwork, magic, etc.

Staff Highlight

Our office has made the decision to highlight one staff member per quarterly newsletter. For this quarterly publish, we would like to highlight Dr. Lambert's nurse, Holly Morgan!

Holly has been with Chapel Hill Family Medicine for a few years now, and we are proud to have her on our team.

Holly has obtained her Masters in Psychology with a focus on forensics. She also made the Dean's List throughout her college career and was invited to join Alpha Chi National College Honor Society (which she did join). As you are reading this, she is currently pursuing her PhD!

During our office hours, please call our office phone numbers. This is the best method of contact in case of an urgent matter while we are in the office.

During our office hours, you may also email our staff emails, which is directed to the front desk and clinical staff. This is for non-urgent messages, though we do tend to respond quickly from these emails.

Contact Doctor's Cell

If you have an urgent matter outside of our office hours, it is best to call our doctors on their cell phones . You can get these numbers per request, or by calling the office number and listening to our after-hour message if needed.
